Choosing a Pet Professional:

If you meet a pet professional and find out they're not right for you, you can cancel by providing a reason for free and get your money back.

Switching to Another Pet Professional:

If you want to pick a different pet professional, the money you've already paid will go towards the new one. Any extra money will be returned to you for future bookings.

Last Minute Cancellations:

If you cancel less than 24 hours before your booking starts, you might have to pay a fee of 50%. However, this fee can be turned into a voucher for your next booking.

No Shows:

If you don't show up and don't cancel, you might lose all the money you paid for the booking.

For pet professionals:

if pet owner cancels a booking because the pet professional isn't right, we might show the cancellation reason on their profile page, but only under certain conditions. This helps future pet owners make safer choices. For other reasons, the cancellation reason won't be shown on the pet professional's profile.
